Services

With three specialized departments, Dalen Mekaniske can provide all types of machining services. Our core business revolves around the serial production of electrical connectors and components, but we also offer small series production and prototyping in collaboration with our clients.

Robotization and a high level of automation enable us to deliver the right quality at the right price without compromising on work environment or sustainability.

Multicells

We have four different multi-cells, equipped with turning, milling, tube bending, punching, and robots.

Lathe Machines

We have seven CNC-controlled lathes, five of which are equipped with a magazine and bar feeder. Three of the lathes have a Y-axis. In addition, we have several conventional lathes.

Milling

We have six CNC milling machines ranging in size from 50-6000mm table.

Coil handling

Three different coil production lines, with 100-320 ton presses.

Stamp

We have a total of ten presses, ranging from 50 to 120 tons

Sheet metal workshop

We have a sheet metal workshop with a CNC bender (Amada 120 tons) and a controlled plate shear.

Drilling machines

We have In total five drilling machines of the radial, column, and bench types. We also have three drilling / milling machines for large dimensions.

Waterjet Cutting

Two waterjet cutting machines, 1500-3000 mm.

Welding

We have experienced welders who are certified for multiple welding methods and carry out larger or smaller welding projects on several types of materials.

Surface treatment & Plating

We do selective/brush plating, and have the necessary equipment for metallization without dipping in electrolysis baths.

Various

Thread cutting machine, surface grinding machine, automatic cut-off saw, as well as cold saw, carousel (maximum diameter 1700mm, maximum height 900mm, 10 ton table load). We carry out assembly, installation, repairs and maintenance of various equipment.

Engineering

We offer services in construction, drawing, and product development, jigs, tools, and more. In addition, we offer calculation and price quotes, also for productions with parts from several different subcontractors. We also provide project management, preparation of production documentation and documentation.
